Mini Release from Spring Loaded

After quite a bit of a hiatus, Spring Loaded dropped some new designs today. The London based, brand with a message, stocked up their online store with tees and a killer denim kimono that has been in the works for quite a while.

Made out of British denim, the hand sewn jackets have stitch detailing along the front, functional pockets and a legit robe belt too. The dark denim piece is definitely one of the more unusual jean jackets you might have seen in a while.

There are some options on the tee front as well; the black graphic tee has a clean line on the front while the white patchwork shirt has some patchwork detailing. I mean the name was a dead giveaway, but the pastel-ly fabrics look pretty dope together. Both these shirts are made of cotton, with some decent weight to them.

Spring Loaded’s designs are inspired by mental health issues and everyday experiences of living with them. Their designs are pretty functional, and almost comically on the nose. Just read their inspiration for each of these pieces, and you’ll know what I mean.

But beyond getting the word out, the label has been actively donating a chunk of their profits to charities working on mental health initiatives.

See more of their work and who they support down below. Or you know, just go there to buy the cool shizz.
